Andrew Hubley has over 15 years of experience in the environmental services industry which includes but is not limited to environmental due diligence, environmental management and environmental remediation. His comprehensive experience in the environmental consulting industry includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, soil and groundwater remediation systems, excavation supervision, underground storage tank (“UST”) removals and installations and vapor collection and vapor barrier system design and installation projects. Mr. Hubley has performed numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (“Phase I”) of commercial properties (e.g., malls and high rise office buildings), industrial properties (e.g., pharmaceutical manufacturer automobile textile manufacturer commercial glass manufacturer), institutional properties (e.g., hospitals and medical service complexes) and residential properties (e.g., row homes and apartment complexes). He has completed a wide variety of soil and groundwater investigations to not only to determine the presence or absence of contaminants on a property, but also to determine the lateral and vertical extent of contaminants on a property. He has worked on projects involving the advancement of soil borings and/or the installation of groundwater monitor wells using various drilling techniques. He has assisted with the design, permitting, installation and operation of groundwater and soil remediation systems. During system operation, he also performs remediation system effluent sampling and quarterly sampling activities to satisfy permit and regulatory requirements. He has supervised numerous soil excavation activities in an effort to eliminate the potential source of petroleum constituent concentrations on a property. He has estimated soil stockpile volume, conducted post-excavation confirmatory soil sampling, completed material characterization reports and coordinated off-site soil disposal activities. He has assisted with the design and installation of UST systems at various facilities including but not limited to hospitals, commercial buildings and gasoline stations. He has also managed several UST closure projects where he was responsible for contractor solicitation and oversight, site assessment (i.e., confirmatory sampling and analysis) and UST closure report preparation. He has assisted with the design and installation of vapor collection and vapor barrier system for building structures.
